Welcome to WRLC’s Online Services portal, your destination for accessing our Consortium's digital tools and resources. Whether you’re seeking to explore shared collections, find guidance on workflows, engage with open‐access initiatives, manage projects, or request support, you’ll find all the essentials here.

Alma Wiki
The WRLC wiki for Alma, Primo, and related software configurations and workflows. Material here is organized much like a physical library. Information in broad subject areas like centralized Alma configurations are organized in the wiki’s shelves. Shelves are composed of books on particular topics like SCF workflows, and books contain chapters (e.g., training materials) with individual pages for specific training topics.
Open@WRLC
Using no‐cost or low‐cost materials advances educational equity and directly impacts student retention and academic success. Open@WRLC, supported by the WRLC’s Textbook Affordability Working Group (TAWG), furthers the consortium’s commitment to OER knowledge‐sharing, advocacy, and program development.

The WRLC Library Staff Intranet
This is the centralized site for information about WRLC committees and an archive of minutes and other completed projects. It also contains helpful analytics and reports to assess the usage of library resources and services.
The WRLC Newsletter
Keep up‐to‐date on important activities and opportunities through the WRLC Newsletter.
Basecamp
An online project management tool originally used during the 2018 Alma migration that can help WRLC committees stay organized and work collaboratively on projects.

Sharing Expertise Inventory
The WRLC Sharing Expertise Inventory is a self‐assessment tool designed to capture an individual’s areas of expertise, proficiency, and enthusiasm for learning more. The inventory is a web‐based application that provides a consortium‐wide searchable view of expertise, a method for individuals to indicate interest in developing a skill, and serves as a resource for group formation, peer‐to‐peer collaboration, hiring, and strategic planning from both institutional and consortium perspectives.
